Hello, I am Martin…

I have been fascinated by the IT technologies since I was a child. I spent countless hours in front of the
computer screen, writing my first basic programs and since then my curiosity and excitement in this area have only been growing (as well as the complexity of the programs I’ve been developing).

I’m Martin Bangiev, an experienced software developer and architect with a lifelong passion for computer technologies.

What, value do I bring?

20+ years of professional software development. In my current role I have successfully completed multiple customer projects, assuming different roles (including, but not limited to, designing the solution architecture), with 0 failed or escalated projects and a 100% customer satisfaction.

Great communication skills. I often have to communicate with different project stakeholders both technical and business oriented and I have learned to build trust based on open and transparent communications.

Unparalleled problem-solving skills. As a consultant, I’m often assigned to projects that are falling behind the expectations and I have always managed to help delivering the project successfully (with high quality, on time and within budget). My perfectionism and attention to details don’t let me rest until every single requirement is met according to the expectations.

Addicted learner. While as an SAP consultant, the technical aspects of my job are focused mainly on our development stack (ABAP, Web Dynpro, SAP UI5, etc.), I don’t hesitate to spend extra time on researching what’s out there and I have completed courses and hands-on experience with Spring 5 (Spring Boot) Framework.

SAP Enterprise Architect. I achieved this certification after being nominated for the Consultant to Architect training, I completed the 2 weeks long internal SAP bootcamp and I graduated by taking an exam.

My favorite hobbies are exploration, skiing, scuba diving and kite boarding.
