LinkedIn – Project Management Foundations

Gaining more and more experience in the technical domain had it’s natural development and I’m being assigned as a technical team lead for most of my new projects. Many times project managers outsource part of their tasks to me, so I felt it’s time to get some training on the topic. This was an interesting one and I’m planning to get PMP certified… hopefully soon.
